In 2002, I retired from the Navy Band and moved to California after serving 20 years as an instrumentalist, staff arranger and unit leader for brass groups, rock bands, big bands and ceremonial bands. As a music copyist and arranger, I have worked for the late Don Ellis Orchestra, Tower of Power Horns, Seawind Horns, Solomon Burke and many variety bands around the world and cruise ship orchestras. I performed with Rock n Roll Hall of Fame member Solomon Burke during his 2002 world tour, promoting his Grammy award winning recording "Don't Give Up On Me". We performed in London, Cologne, Berlin, Paris, Stockholm, Oslo and Amsterdam. At the conclusion of that tour, we opened for the Rolling Stones at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. I've also contracted horn sections and performed with the 4 Tops, Temptations, Lee Greenwood, Johnny Mathis, Bobby Rydell, Don Rickles, Ronan Tynan, Frankie Laine and the Cab Calloway Orchestra.
In addition to music services, I offer Wedding DJ/MC Entertainment & Coordination as well as uplighting, monograms and stand alone services as a Master of Ceremonies. I'm also a certified PGA Pro-Am Caddy and can help you with your chipping and putting.
